If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment no matter what the reasoning may be you will be charged 50% of scheduled service this goes for no-show appointments as well. I take this very seriously as I create a very generous schedule for everyone, and no shows or being late takes away time from another client and is completely rude. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged and marked as a no-show Lash clients: if you have less than 20% of you extensions left, you’ll be charged a full set.
